The proposal concerns of the landscape design of the industrial complex, a gatehouse and a new office building. More specifically, the entrance to the complex is marked by a park of a total area of 3250 sq.m. , which consists of smaller areas of low or high planting, a water element, sitting areas and a wider gathering area. The landscape design also includes fencing, a parking area and 2 canopies.
The new administration building is organized in 3 levels. On the ground floor there are staff service areas and offices. Most of the office space is developed on the first floor, while the second floor includes the offices of senior executives, meeting rooms, a hall for presentations and foyer. The proposed facades act as a means of highlighting the building through the industrial units. Along the southeast façade, there are two outer covered corridors, which are protected by a system of horizontal blinds, while the southwest façade is protected by a system of vertical blinds, which function as an aesthetic continuation of the architectural recesses on the facade.
