The building is developed in a unified dynamic mass, which turns its primary side northwest and thus is displayed on the main road. It houses workshop places for repairing and maintaining vehicles at its basement and ground floor and office spaces supporting the mezzanine, with a total area of 5100 sq.m. Morphologically, it is characterized by its north side, where a metal cover is posed, an oblique sun protection from composite aluminium panel. The configurations in outdoor place ensure the movements of vehicles, the parking and the open green spaces.
