The building houses a hypermarket on the ground floor, which occupies the maximum allowable coverage of 690 m2. It has three floors of residential apartments with fifteen apartments in total, each of which has an area of about 90 m2. The building has a steel frame following a challenging structural design with columns only around the perimeter, leaving the entire area of the ground floor free of obstacles.
