Bi-level house with basement in Nea Potidea. The ground floor, with an area of approximately 140 sq.m., includes the living areas that are organized around a central semi-outdoor space. The straight staircase leads to the upper floor of 100 sq.m. approximately, that includes three rooms and toilets. The pool and the surrounding area of the house follow the basic synthetic principles of the building.
