The “Ammon Zeus” Hotel is the first hotel build on the Kassandra peninsula, in Chalkidiki, in 1969. Located on the Kallithea beach, it has a ground floor and 5 upper floors.
The ground floor includes the common spaces: the reception, a lobby, a bar, a multi-purpose room, a gym and spa, a restaurant, as well as the kitchen, offices and auxiliary rooms. The 4 upper floors accommodate 112 standard rooms, while the last floors have 12 two-room and 2 one-room suites.
The project has to do with the complete redesign of the spaces, fulfilling the functional needs of a contemporary hotel, as well as their aesthetic upgrading. The common areas are designed to create a calm and relaxing environment as a smooth continuity of the outdoors. The rooms meet all the operational needs while at the same time they maintain a light sense of luxury in harmony with the sea and natural surroundings of the hotel.
Each floor hosts a different style of rooms, regarding the decorative details, with a common concern of minimal design, earthy shades, soft textures and atmospheric lighting.
