The commercial building of 3000 sq.m. is an addition to an existing trade complex in Tirana, on a plot of 4580 sq.m. It accommodates 6 shops with their auxiliary spaces. The proposed canopy of 915 sq.m creates a covered walkway in front of the shops that ends to a wide sitting area and an outdoor bar.
