Preliminary study for a building designed to accommodate administrative and cultural services of Stavroupolis’ municipality. The building is developed on three levels and basement. Ground floor houses a multipurpose hall and a small exhibition space that expands also on the first floor together with a meeting hall. The 2nd floor houses accommodation rooms for guests visiting the municipality. Alternatively, the multipurpose hall could have slanted floor and could occupy two levels. In this case, the ground floor could accommodate a centre for services offered to the citizens.
